Frontend vs backoffice
The frontend is what your visitor sees: hero, services, gallery, FAQ, contact form. The backoffice is what you see: who booked, what they paid, what is scheduled tomorrow, which package they are on, which campaign brought them in. A site without a backoffice is a brochure; a site with a backoffice is a business.
What belongs in a serious backoffice
Bookings calendar, services or product catalog, customers list, payments and invoices, content management, basic analytics, email/SMS notifications, and an admin role system. If you have to bolt those on with five different SaaS subscriptions, your unit economics quietly disappear.
How Fronts.ai integrates the two
Fronts.ai is built so the frontend and backoffice are the same product. Add a service in your dashboard, and it appears on your site. A customer books, and the calendar updates. They pay, Stripe records it, and your dashboard reflects revenue. There is no third-party glue layer.
